Keto Chips
Ingredients
2 cups of Almond Flour, Next time will try 1 cup of flour, so i can flatten and make thinner.
2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheeseĀ
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Cumin
Directions
Mix all dry goods.
Heat cheese in mixcrowave. You want warm, but not too hot or bubbly. I heat in 15 second increments. I ended up doing it four times and mixing each time. After the 4 time, it was melting together nicely and ready to add to the dry ingredients.
Knead thouroughly.
Then with parchment paper and a rolling pin, roll out as thin as possible.
Back at 350 for 15 minutes, flipping half way through.
I have silicone baking pans that I use. Nothing seems to stick to these.
